Refund Policy

At Lori William, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and experiences. Because of the nature of our work, time and resources are reserved in advance to serve each client. For this reason, we have outlined our refund policy below.

1. General Policy
- All fees paid for services, consulting sessions, coaching packages, workshops, and events are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Payments are considered final once a booking or purchase is confirmed.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must provide notice by email to inquiries@wildlydigital.com.
- We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services when possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Event tickets or workshop registrations may be transferable to another individual if requested at least 7 days before the event.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:
- If Lori William cancels a service, event, or program and cannot offer a rescheduled date.
- If a duplicate payment was made in error.

4. Digital Products and Materials
If digital resources or downloads are offered through the Site:
- Due to the immediate access provided, all digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
